Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase and would like a refund or exchange please notify me within 28 days of receiving your order. I am happy to exchange or refund your item providing there are no signs of damage.
An email will be sent to you once your returned item has been received and checked. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your payment card or original method of payment.
To return an item to me, please follow the below steps:
Items should be returned in their original packaging and must include the following:
- Your full name, address and phone number
- Order number
- Returns address (If exchange required)
* Buyers are responsible for all costs incurred returning items. Returns must be posted with recorded delivery and proof of postage retained.
